Piracy Is A Crime
Oct. 5th, 2004 06:07 pmAaargh. Ethernet points in Rhodes-Wolfson have been disabled until new students establish a college account. My problem? I don't technically belong to *this* college, at least not as a student - I work for them, but I belong to *my* college, therefore I can't automatically create a college account, I have to e-mail the IT Officer (who is probably rushed off his feet and doesn't have time to deal with it), then wait and hope.
This is to say, I will probably be able to check e-mail only once (possibly twice) a day until further notice, so it is not the preferred means of contacting me until further notice. If I don't get back to you, it's not personal, I promise.
In the good news, this weekend I went to see Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, and I was most pleased - can I just say that female British Naval Commanders (and Captains) are the coolest? I also went to see Wimbledon yesterday with
triskellian which was generally good, but sadly did not use Robert Lindsay to best effect - I was however, pleased with the pre-film advert about copyright violation and such that boldly declared "Piracy Is A Crime."
