North of the River

Off again, this time to Northumbria and Throssel Abbey for a week. I'll be meditating, reading, and reflecting at a remote location deep in the countryside. Just to warn everyone that I'll have no net access, and limited telephone access until my return. This means, of course no Napoleonic Nights on 17/7/05, but we'll be back again (with Sharpe's Waterloo, the exciting end of Sharpe: A Saga in Fourteen Parts!) on 24/7/05, so mark your calendars. I also have copy of HP:HBP to read on the train up to Newcastle, but by the time I get back, I expect you'll all have read it and got tired of discussing it all.
