Terrorists Are Inconvenient For My Schedule

Well, I *was* going to fly to Berlin today. On consideration, probably not, as there is little point in flying out one day only to come back the next day. (As you can probably guess, it's already impossible to get a reschedule within the next day.) Anyway, apologies Leonard Cohenists, I'm not going to join you in taking Berlin - I can get full refund from British Airways and cancel at the ETAP in Potsdammer Platz without fee, so I'll just have to be a no-show at the gathering. Maybe someone can post me my souvenir bag?

Anyone doing anything cool or unusual in Oxford or London this weekend, then? I have a rare Sunday free of portering duties, and it would be nice to do something useful with it. I may see if I can get to Stratford on Avon or something. Incidentally, this only goes to further prove the superiority of sea travel. Next time, I'm taking a ship!
